An outdoor scene in at the beach. A White Mom and African-American Dad walk away from the camera with their two kids, all holding hands. The mood is warm and safe. The sun is setting in the distance. Everyone is wearing beach-style clothes, not bathing suits. It's a pretty happy family.
Walking into a workshop, a clean, but well-used work area with low light, I see beams of light from an overhead source, perhaps a high window, with motes of dust floating around in them, between me and a straight-on view of a woodworker's workbench with a vise mounted on it and some random tools laid out from a job just completed. I see many tools hanging on the wall behind the bench, and stored underneath. A long well-cared for handsaw, a brace-and-bit, several different sizes and styles of wood chisels hanging in a rack together, a couple mallets and a good framing hammer, and particularly, a large well-defined carpenter's square.
